“The greatest weapon against stress is our ability to choose one thought over another.”―William James
➡️ You need to understand what stress does to your body to
Feel the importance of fighting, or better yet, learn to handle it.
To understand, let’s go back to the life of a caveMAN and see that most of the sources of stress came from basic survival situations, such as fighting a tiger OR escaping from a tiger.
- then the body went into "fight or fly" mode
it switches to survivor mode and prioritizes the features that are most important for survival.
📌It suppresses, reduces metabolism and the immune system, breaks down muscles, reduces heat production and so on.
all in order to preserve and transfer energy to the fight.
💭You may see this as a "bad" thing, but the truth is, your body will save your life!
❗️If you understand this, you will start working with it instead of fighting it.
So how does this really relate to our lives today?
We don’t run away from a tiger, but we have stressors from different sources:
🌵Work
🌵Relationships
🌵family
🌵Workout and diet (Yes, they increase stress!)
❗️The body reacts in exactly the same way and enters a mode of survival. The same biological process takes place
📌The difference is that in this case we often do not use as much energy as running away from a tiger, there is no shortage of food ...
So we have all the released energy that we don’t use
Plus, we feed ourselves. Result➡️ excess energy = weight gain
💭As you can see, nothing unexpected happens, it’s just a natural survival process
✅Solution: stress management is a priority.
😌 Take deep breaths to reduce your heart rate
😌 Work with your emotions, instead of ignoring them
😌 Meditate
😌 Stretch
😌 Focus on the quality and quantity of sleep
😌 Limit the screen time
😌 Keep in touch with nature
😌 Focus on a balanced workout and diet >>>

You've seen me train hard even weekends,
I love to train probably you too, we know each other like that! LOL
Training is fun, it makes us happy, relaxed.
It's Put us in a certain physical and psychological state.
We often tend to go through everything to achieve our goal.
💜Hard training is good! Stay motivated, disciplined. No question.
But your body is easily overtrained without realizing it.
Why❓
Your body has a brilliant defense system that often allows it to function properly or nearly properly - it's can happen that even better than usual.
How is it possible❓
Bec. that's what cortisol and adrenaline do pretty much.
Put it in "awareness", "flight and flight" mode.
Bringing survival to the forefront and transferring energy from areas you may neglect and sacrifice to achieve it: STAY LIVE
🙏Your body doesn't know you want to build a nice buttocks or a huge chest,
Your body only knows that I need to gather energy and fight hard because “I have a damn huge steel top of me and if I don’t fight heavily, I will die under it."
So even if you’re overworked, you’re very likely to be able to hit your PR.
🫵Once your workout is over and your hormones are depleted- in mild cases you are tired, exhausted, you may feel severe pain and explain to yourself
You’re hard-working, that’s how it should be, which has become normal for you over time.
🤕Not only is there a high risk of injury in this condition, but
Bec. your body is not functioning properly,
⚠️You fall far from your own POTENTIALS: like FAT LOSS,
Muscle growth, strength and power development.
📝And IF you’re a person who is so motivated, purposeful by nature, it’s a lot easier for you to outdo yourself than many.
⚠️In the worst case you can develop aggression, depression, eating disorders, severe fatigue etc.
⚠️ you back from achieving your goals.
➡️IF, you can't LOSE weight, but you do everything
➡️If, you struggle with the above symptoms, no longer progress
You are an overtrained, under-recovered state. With severe hormonal imbalances
🔥My programs help you find balance again,
🔥Train/nourish your body based on your physical, neurological condition!

🥜 PEANUT BUTTER
Not only is it delicious, but it is also exceptionally high in protein.
The problem is that if you consume large amounts of penaut butter because of its protein source, you are also consuming a lot of fat.
Which sabotages the goals of fatloss.
This is true for most nuts and seeds.
🍳 EGGS
An excellent source of protein, but its yolk is high in fat!
If you usually eat a lot of whole eggs aiming for a high protein intake, you will also increase your fat intake.
🫘 BEANS & all legumes
It is undeniable that it is a great source of plant protein.
They are high in carbohydrates, which requires proper dose control!
Why is this important?
Because no matter how "clean" you eat
⚡️If you consume too many calories, you will not lose fat.
⚡️If you consume too few calories, you will not gain muscle.
⚡️It’s also true if you eat some “unhealthy” food here and there in your diet
As long as you're in calorie deficit - You can lose weight.
👉From my point of view, problems arises in the following cases:
🫥If someone has no portion control
🫥under stress
🫥If insulin imbalance or resistance has already developed
In this case, highly processed foods are more likely to break your willpower, causing large amounts of food consumption, cravings, and discomforts.
