Allison's relationship as a caregiver for her father, Stanley Applebaum—an accomplished musician known for arranging the string section of "Stand By Me" and many other memorable songs—adds a touching and practical layer to our conversations. She details her journey of providing care and maintaining her father's dignity and quality of life during his struggle with Lewy Body Disease.
