Hello AlzAuthor! 

Once again, we're hosting a November book sale and giveaway in recognition of National Caregiver Appreciation Month.

This is an excellent opportunity to increase the discoverability of your book(s) and AlzAuthors. It is also a fundraising opportunity: There is a $10 minimum donation per book to participate.

Guidelines:

• Your book must be in the AlzAuthors collection.
• Authors who are waiting for their books to be featured on our site are included.
• The sale will go live at 12 am EST November 9th.
• Your book(s) - paper, digital, and/or audio - must be discounted on day one of the sales period (11/9) until the sale ends on November 15th at 11:59 pm EST.
• For optimal sales, we recommend that Kindle books/ebooks be priced at 2.99 or less.
• A discount of at least 20 percent on paperbacks/hardcovers/audiobooks is also suggested.
• Authors are responsible for ensuring all sale prices are in effect for all books on all sales channels throughout the duration of the sale. Contact your publisher now to avoid price change delays. If you are self-published follow your publisher's guidelines on price reductions.
• You may also choose to give your ebook away via PDF, Kindle, Book Funnel, Instafreebie, or your own website, etc. If you choose to do this, please provide download links.
• You are expected to promote the sale on your blog/website/newsletter and social media channels throughout the sale. A sample post and graphics will be supplied.
• You are encouraged to support the sale via others' social media postings.
• Please use our hashtag - #AlzAuthors - to make it easy for others to find and promote your posts.
• If you do not yet have a website/blog/newsletter you may still participate.
• Your $10 minimum donation PER BOOK may be paid via our Donor page.

As a participant your book will be featured in sale graphics and posted on our website and on all our social media platforms throughout the duration of the sale. It will also be included in our weekly emails to our Friends of AlzAuthors, and mentioned on our podcast and virtual events.

Updates on the sale will be posted in our Facebook Writers Group. If you are not yet a member please reach out to us at alzauthors@gmail.com and ask to be invited. This is a Secret Group. 

Our strength is in numbers! This sale will help raise awareness of Alzheimer's and AlzAuthors, as well as our individual titles. Together we can help those on the Alz journey find comfort, support, and knowledge through reading.
