Question of the Week

Q: When is it beneficial to consider trying out as a "walk on" for an NCAA program?

A: If you are a Junior A/AAA, or a prep player, but have not yet received any NCAA offers or interest that you are happy with, and have no programs that you are really drawn too. In this case, it might be worth considering trying to take the walk-on path. That being said, it's important to note that walking-on is very difficult, and you must significantly outcompete your competition to take their spot.
