Question of the Week

Q: What do COACHES look for in a player?

A: Having had the chance to talk with many coaches/scouts during my time as an advisor, there is one common sentiment brought up when asked what type of player he/she is looking for. While there are thousands of coaches across the world with different expectations, one thing every coach wants is a TEAM PLAYER. They want someone who has the same GOALS and OBJECTIVES as the team. Coaches want someone who will do everything in their power to help the TEAM succeed. So, moving forward, make sure that you create goals that align with your team's values, and your coach will take notice!
