Hi ,
Today’s devotional invites you to release the pressure of outcomes.
Scripture:
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.” — Proverbs 3:5–6
We naturally want to know how things will turn out before we commit. We want clarity before courage and assurance before action. But faith doesn’t usually work that way.
God often asks for obedience first, not because He’s withholding answers, but because trust grows through movement. When you obey without full visibility, you are choosing to rely on who God is rather than what you can predict.
Obedience is not blind; it’s relational.
It says, “God, I trust You enough to follow even when I don’t understand.” And Scripture promises that when we submit our ways to Him, He is faithful to direct our steps, even when the road feels uncertain.
If you’ve been hesitating because you can’t see the outcome, today is an invitation to loosen your grip on control. You don’t need to manage the result.
God already sees it.
Reflection:
What is God asking you to obey right now, without needing all the answers?
As you move through today, remember: faithfulness today prepares the ground for clarity tomorrow.
