“The steps of a good person are ordered by the Lord, and He delights in their way.” — Psalm 37:23
So many people feel anxious about purpose because they’re looking for a full map, when God is offering the next step. Purpose isn’t something you stumble upon overnight. It’s discovered through daily obedience. Through small yeses. Through showing up faithfully in what’s already in front of you. Scripture reminds us that God orders steps not entire lifetimes all at once.
That means clarity often comes while you are walking, not before you begin. If you have been waiting to feel completely ready, certain, or confident before moving forward, today is an invitation to release that pressure. God delights in guiding you not rushing you. He is far more interested in your willingness than your certainty.
You don’t need to chase purpose like it’s hiding from you.
You just need to partner with God where you are.
