I am sincerely sorry I have not been keeping up with sending emails to you every Tuesday as before.

I know I have been inconsistent and hate it myself.

Maybe I just need to be more deliberate or what do you think.

The truth is currently I am quite indisposed but getting better coupled with meeting some career demands, yet, I have to keep doing this.
