Hello peeps!
Hope you’re doing great. This week we’ve got a little bit of everything. A solid deal on the full series, some twisty free reads, a quick Invincible take, and of course… Snoopy doing Snoopy things.
📚 Limited-Time Deal - Full Series for $4.99
Alright, keeping this simple.
For the next three days, the entire Leah Ackerman eBook series (all six books + the three short stories) is $4.99 instead of $9.99.
If you’ve been on the fence, or if you know someone who keeps saying “yeah I’ll read it eventually”… this is your moment.
You can grab it here!
🔀 New Promo - If You Like Twists… This One’s For You
I joined a couple of group promos, and this one is right up my alley.
It’s called A Turning Point to Every Story, and the whole idea is exactly what it sounds like. Stories where things don’t go how you think they will.
There’s a mix of genres:
Sci-fi, fantasy, urban fantasy, horror, thrillers, crime, a little bit of romance…
But the common thread is unexpected turns.
You’ll find some of my short stories in there too, along with a bunch of other authors, so if you’re in the mood to discover something new (for free), definitely check it out.
As always, here’s how it works: two links based on your birthday.
🦸 Invincible — Still Delivering
Just finished the new season of Invincible and honestly… they’re still killing it.
I’m giving this one a 9/10.
Which is kind of wild, because as stories get bigger, they usually start to drag or lose focus. But somehow, they keep things tight and keep raising the stakes.
And that’s not easy when your characters are basically unkillable.
What I really liked this season is how much they leaned into the emotional side. Regret, grief, hate… all layered with the PTSD from everything the characters have been through. You can really feel how much they’ve changed from earlier seasons. The growth is there, even if at times it feels a bit heavy-handed.
Also, there were a couple of twists that genuinely caught me off guard, which I always appreciate.
Especially that ending. I did NOT see that coming.
Not perfect, but definitely one of the stronger seasons.
🐶 Snoopy’s Bar Mitzvah Era
Snoopy is going through something right now…
I think he’s embracing his Jewish roots.
That’s all for today.
Stay weird and keep those pages turning,
A.B. Cohen
P.S. Don’t forget to grab the series while it’s discounted. You can get it here!
