Hi Lovelies,
First, I have to say how humbled I was that so many of you signed up to my new newsletter under my pen name, Abbey Hicks.
You guys are awesome! Thank you so much!
I hope you enjoyed reading your free ebook, Cupcakes and Kisses in Cosy Cove as an introduction to my new sweet, feel-good series. I’d love to know what you thought of cupcake-maker extraordinaire Rachel, and handsome photographer Ethan's sweet short story. Please do let me know by replying to this email (this one works!) or messaging me via my Facebook page here: Facebook
If you by some chance haven't received your copy of Cupcakes and Kisses in Cosy Cove yet, you can download your free ebook here: https://dl.bookfunnel.com/6m2vdwd0hx
So, now for some exciting (and kind of nerve-wracking for me) news!
I'm taking part in an author panel where I'll talking about writing a binge-worthy series and lots of other bookish things!
The Fabulous Festival of Books, Dreams and Writing (Fab Fest!)
is Live on Facebook from 10am Thursday 19th September to Sunday 22nd September.
Here's the direct link to the event: The Fabulous Festival of Books, Dreams & Writing (Fab Fest!) | Facebook
This event is being run by the lovely Anita Faulkner through her Facebook group: Chick Lit and Prosecco (Chat Group) | Facebook - " A Facebook group for book lovers who sparkle"
(I think you'll have to join Anita's Facebook group to see the events live)
The full festival line up can be found here: Fab Fest 2024 - Official Festival Line-Up.pdf - Google Drive
The panel I'm taking part in starts at 2pm on Friday 20th September.
Here's the direct link: Margaret Amatt, Nicola Kelsall & Abbey MacMunn/Hicks – Writing a Binge-worthy Series - Panel Chat | Facebook
Come and say hello - we can't wait to see you there!
If you can't make the event at that time, or any of the other events during the festival, it will be recorded. :)
Bye for now,
Abbey xx
