Thanks for being a part of the email list.

I've been thinking a lot about Mesa and my time as an operator.

I know I'm not the best operator.

I know it. My wife knows it. My parents and close friends know it.

However, I know what I'm good at and that is coaching/inspiring others.

So, I'm contemplating stepping back and letting an operator take over my position.

Would love to hear from you if you or anyone you might know who has had experience in Home service based businesses or even if they don't have direct home service businesses.

Ideal Perfect Candidate:

1. Experience growing a Plumbing/HVAC company from 3M to 5m+
2. Master Plumber/Master HVAC
3. Willing to live within 45mins of Erie, CO
4. Proactive and flexible in an ever changing employment environment
5. High emotional quotient
6. Familiar with Service Titan/Excel/Google Suite
7. Familiar with marketing for Home Service Companies
8. Nexstar trained
9. Able to run a P&L, Manage remote CSR/dispatch/admin team
10. Keeps political/societal opinions to themselves unless asked. We are here to do plumbing/HVAC shit.
11. Can manage ALL types of people
12. Shits Rainbows and is an actual Unicorn

Realistic Qualifications:

1. Be awesome (HMU even if you think you aren't cause you probably are and are just humble)
2. Have Home Service management experience
3. Be willing to live within 45 mins of our shop in Erie, Colorado
4. Interested in growing with Mesa
5. Be able to deal with my ADHD ass
6. Keeps political/societal opinions to themselves unless asked. We are here to do plumbing/HVAC shit.
7. Manage and inspire all types of people

Compensation:

1. Mix of Salary and Bonuses based on Net Income
2. Relocation benefits may be available for the right candidate
