A third space in the South Bay

I took a picture of the DJ spinning vinyl, at this record shop / listening bar / coffee shop / beer bar / cocktail lounge / dance hall / artist community space. The "concept store" was hard to pinpoint, but it was easy to understand. Tender Hoolagan on Chula Vista's Third Avenue is a welcome addition and trendy third space I'm happy to recommend.
