Hello Strawberry Fans!
I like to wish all our residents a happy Thanksgiving and Native American Heritage Day! I know it's a little late but Native American Heritage day is a holiday filled with spiritual activities with the Arapaho members of my circle. Did you know I have studied under an Arapaho Shamanic Practitioner for over a year? My connection to the community is why I felt I could write Dance to a Wylder Beat with authentic, respectful accuracy. Great...I bet you are asking where the sequel is...Well, I have news - after 9 months of delay, Sound of a Wylder Silence has gone into contract deliberation for a 2022 release. Ikshu will get his book as soon as the lawyers finishing sparring over the fine print. Nartan has news too. Dance to a Wylder Beat is in audio book production. My first audio book will be released by The Wild Rose Press in 2022. Do you listen to audiobooks? Would you be interested in the Strawberry Shifters or The Spiritual Spy series as audiobooks? Reply to this email and let me know. If a lot of you prefer audiobooks, I will put more of my books into audiobook production. I have auditory processing difficulties so I don't listen to them but do you?
In the meantime, let's claim our spots on the naughty list with my dirty Christmas books. The rest of the TWRP authors submitted squeaky clean, hallmark-type romances for the Christmas Cookie book series. Ooops. The Spy Who Loved My Russian Tea Cakes is sexy, holiday book which will "fog up your kindle" according to my advanced copy readers. Sorry, not sorry. I'm so excited for the official release on Tuesday, November 30, I can't help but give you the bonuses early.
If you have downloaded and read The Spy Who Was Out Cold, you know our handsome spy with the navy blue eyes and telepathic powers. If not, grab your free copy in our member's area of my website. The password is Rafaella with a capital R. Also in our special area, you will find the bonus scene that was cut from The Spy Who Loved My Russian Tea Cakes by my publisher for being too hot for publication. TWRP has an erotic romance department but they wanted Cassie and Sergei's holiday affair to be a casual tryst. My spiritual background couldn't allow this. While my characters aren't virgins, I prefer to write the all-encompassing love between soulmates. It was cut this scene or cut their soulmate connection.
I chose neither...which is another way I earned my spot on the naughty list. The released book has the soul connection and you - my dear Strawberry residents - get the dirty scene as bonus content. Download it in our member's area using the password (Rafaella).
Enjoy the freebies and I hope you love The Spy Who Loved My Russian Tea Cakes. The links to purchase it at your favorite online retailers are in the back of the prequel The Spy Who Was Out Cold so you can have the whole series for less than $3. Thank you for being a part of the Strawberry Rumor Mill and being a part of the Christmas Cookie Book Series celebration. I look forward to connecting with you in the Christmas Cookie Facebook Group - especially during our party on 12/4-12/5. See you there!
Blessed Be and Let Magic Find You,
Marilyn
