Hi, Strawberry fans!
It’s a Sluagh celebration in Strawberry KY. Orchid the Fae Princess has returned from her exile on Earth. A new regime has taken power in Magmell, and the preparations have begun for the 10-year Fae Wars as prophesied by Rafaella the Witch in the 1880s. What was the catalyst for these events? Hear the story told by Ryan the Vampire King in Rotten Apple, today!
What is more fitting for a party than a party game? This following game is sponsored by BookSweeps and the crew of Patricia’s Wish. The winner will receive 35+ eBooks (including Walk the Plank) on a brand new eReader. How do you play? Follow your favorite authors on BookBub using the portal button below. Every following is an entry! Following an author (like me!) on Bookbub is the best way to get alerts when their books release or go on pre-order without a newsletter going to your inbox. This is popular with readers who want to preorder books as soon as they drop and get bonus mail on release day – like a present to yourself!
I know when I go to a party, I use it as an excuse to buy a new dress. The Snuggling in Siberia series has a new outfit…err…book cover too. Book 2: Spooning My Chuchunya’s cover is a gorgeous masterpiece by Marlene Wyn of Novel Cover Art. She made Sydney and Sergei, one-of-a-kind figures for our series (just like Vera and Artyom on Book 1’s cover.) I just love her art. Spooning My Chuchunya will release on 8/8/2023, look for ARC opportunities in next month’s newsletter!
Party Guests…err…Book Recs!
Thank you so much for continuing to visit Strawberry, Ky! In the words of my editor Lill, “I don’t like Ryan, but his moving story is necessary. Strawberry’s evolution isn’t complete with the events of Rotten Apple.” This dark fantasy is a turning point for the series, but not to the dark side! Book 5: 5th Wheel is a rom-com (I’m not kidding) of two bird shifters from the previous books. Who are they? If you have a guess, reply to this email and be entered to win a Strawberry Prize pack (pencil pouch, autographed paperback of your choice, journal, and more)! Be on the lookout for 5th Wheel as part of the Beyond the Veil: Winged Heroes Anthology in 2024. In the meantime, happy Reading to everyone enjoying Rotten Apple!
Blessed Be and Let Magic Find You!
