Hey Strawberry Fans! It’s the new release extravaganza!
Thank you for all the love you showed Quartermaster on its release day on 3/14/2023. Chub and Catalina’s tale reached number 33 in Caribbean and Latin American Historical Fiction, and I couldn’t be more grateful. The Mortar and Pestle Books will be 99c for the rest of the month and on KU. Me hearties have also joined the Get That Book promotion for discounted new releases today and I wanted to share these new books with you.
Next, we travel from 1721 to 1878 and Wylder, WY. On 3/27/2023, my trilogy of the Sagebrush brothers and Wylder sisters will be complete. This sweet western mini-series inside The Wylder West has won 7 literary awards and made it to the Grand Finalist rounds with 4 others. I’ve loved sharing Olive, Nartan, Ikshu, and Ava’s stories with you. Thank you for your support as I leaped out of my comfort zone in writing paranormal westerns. The trilogy ends with Hush Little Wylder and the return of Abigail Wylder from England. This is a secret baby book (but our hero is in on the secret) with trigger warnings for miscarriage, and assault (not by our hero) resulting in a stillbirth. Please take care of your mental health if this book isn’t for you. I can promise you will laugh, cry, and swoon over Boone Silvers if you travel back to Wylder one more time.
What’s next? I’m returning to Hawaii with an erotic monster myth retelling on 6/18/2023. Terpsichore, the muse of dancing, interrupts the curse of Kamohoali’i after she triggers it for Pika the cursed Hotel Tycoon. This book is the last installment of the Defying the Gods book series. If you are familiar with the myth, the sons of Kamohoali’i become Great White sharks when they eat meat under the full moon. How can the muse of dancing keep Pika from preying on his surfing friends and family? She turns him into a manta ray monster…by Defying the Gods. What’s the punishment for the Greek muse messing with the Hawaiian Pantheon? Find out in Terpsichore’s Temptation, part of the Mythology Book Fair!
Thank you so much for all your support! This month filled your kindle with sweet Mortar & Pestle Books and Erotic Defying the Gods books - something for every taste. I’m grieving the loss of The Wylder West series, but so grateful to have brought Dance to a Wylder Beat, Sound of a Wylder Silence, and Hush Little Wylder to you. Don’t worry I’m filling the void! My next newsletter is all about Ryan’s revenge for Go Scorch Yourself – Strawberry Shifters Book 4: Rotten Apple! I’ll also be revealing the cover of Snuggling in Siberia Book 2: Spooning My Chuchunya. You don’t want to miss it. In the meantime, visit our members’ only area with the new password (Rybka with a capital R in honor of our Chuchunya) for bonus scenes, sneak peek books, and other goodies.
Blessed Be and Let Magic Find You,
Marilyn
