Making the herbal products is a total blast. Figuring out how to package them so I can offer them to you in sustainable ways that align with my values for our health and the Earth has been another thing. But I'm very proud to say I'm working on it!!! Products in Herbal Box Monthly will be packaged using materials that are reusable, compostable or recyclable. Worth the extra time and expense? It is to me. :) I think our health is extricably linked to the health of our planet. I also believe how we treat her can be a mirror for how we treat our own bodies and it is no coincidence both the earth and our bodies (on a global scale) are struggling. We may have the privilege to insulate ourselves from the ravages of the earth, and to pay a premium to source nutritious, healthy food, yet that can only last so long. It is a privilege to subscribe to an Herbal Product Box, and embedded in that you and I take responsibility for not only the sourcing of herbs, but the byproducts that come along with them 💓 What do YOU believe? New offering :) Each week of this series will feature a medicinal herb and a yoga practice. You’ll meet the plant and learn how it can support you physiologically, emotionally, and spiritually. From there, we’ll move through mindfulness practices and accessible yoga postures crafted around the plant’s affinities for our body systems.
