Mission Statement:

Kingdom Builders ministry exists to serve homeowners in the greater Oneonta area by providing quality labor to address construction needs that they are unable to accomplish by their own means. Although the practical focus is on construction, the spiritual focus is on building relationships with those served, with the end goal of demonstrating the love of Christ through ministry.

Beautiful feet

Romans 10:14-15 NIV

How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? And how can anyone preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!”

As I read these verses, I think of how so very important it is to spread the Gospel. Think about it. How did you come to know Jesus? And how did they come to know Jesus? Someone shared with you, and someone shared with them and so on…doing just what the Lord asks of us all to do. And how amazing it is to be sent and "How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news"?

Amen!!!

What a privilege Kingdom Builders has, to be able to be a part of spreading the good news, and what a privilege it is to serve to those who already know the Lord. As was the case in this last project. It's exciting to serve with our talents but even more exciting to plant seeds and watch them grow. What joy that brings. Each project brings challenges for sure but because we have the Holy Spirit walking with us, we are guided mentally, physically and spiritually. "And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard?" Well, I believe Kingdom Builders is being sent to those that need to hear. We are here to make Him known.

As I said this last project was for a family who walks with the Lord and what a pleasure it was to serve them. They needed a walk-in shower, new bathroom flooring and two new exterior doors. We'll it had some challenges. As we tore up the old tub, we discovered a very rotted subfloor underneath. We are very thankful we caught it when we did. It could have been much worse if left for much longer. Even though in the photo it looks bad. So, all is well, and God is good. And we thank you for your part in this ministry.

We have started full bore in our next project and are excited about the seeds being planted there. The Lord is moving in a mighty way. The good news is being heard!
