you might want to consider the cost of not selling.

it's damn expensive!!!!
You won't be able to pay your rent...
live a good life...
afford your children's school fees...
take care of your girlfriend or wife...
you won't be able to help your family...
las las....
YOU will be poor!!!!
Can you see that it's actually costly not to sell?
