This is a request for one of TNCA members (a member of several committees & was studying to become a TNCJA justice), Neva Ingalls lost everything when Hurricane Helene ravaged our mountains – more on her story below.

Tomorrow, Tony & I are going to Neva's “home” (a shell) to assist her in cleaning 2+ feet of mud from her backyard/garden area.

On Saturday, November 2^nd, we are going back to Neva's to wash mud & clean debris from her interior walls/areas.

We need assistance. 

We need people to help.

If you can come & if you have them, please bring shovels; pitchforks; buckets; cleaning towels; paper towels; gloves; scrub brushes; BIG, contractor style, trash bags; & brooms.

If you can assist personally, please bring your own water/drinks, masks (lots of dust), food (lunch & snacks) & chairs.

Remember: this is a disaster area - the services available are slim & next to none.

Read them or not. 

Agree with them or not. I do not care. 

But please do not let them negatively impact on Neva – they are MY opinions ONLY. 

God heard them & that is all that counts.

Prayers for the Individual Members of The North Carolina Assembly, The North Carolina Assembly itself & the Sovereign State of North Carolina

Dear God, I know in my heart of hearts that Your Plans are ALWAYS good and I also know that I sometimes question Your Plan which proves I have Trust issues.  You & I have discussed this many times & IAM learning, albeit slowly, and that explains my prayers which continue below.

First, prayers for all our assembly members, especially for those of us that are being extremely challenged at this time. 

Dear Source, I need your help on this issue, especially.

In my opinion, in the past few weeks, the actions of a few have caused the rest of us who were extremely committed to the assembly to rethink our views. Was TNCA perfect? Far from it, but we were making forward progress, had viable plans & were setting realistic goals to stand our pillars. 

Then a group of victims ran to mommy & received her “permission” to become coordinators. Where is the Sovereign State of North Carolina? Where are the sovereigns? As sovereigns, we don’t need “permission” to become coordinators. We are SELF ACCOUNTABLE. We apply to the state, are vetted & become coordinators. End of story. The intense drama, the beating of the breasts, & the telling of stories could have all been done away with. BUT…the victims could not have paraded their, or their friends’, ragged coats (torn in battle) & exposed their bruises (beaten up by bullies). How do I know this? Because I have done the same things! And suffered from them!

So, once a member is vetted, they become coordinators. Have any started that process? Have any come forward with feasible plans for TNCA? If so, where are they? TNCA is dead in the water for all intents & purposes. No forward progress at all. NOTHING. Meanwhile some of our members NEED our assistance. But it isn’t there because communication, a primary tool of TNCA is nil!! But, TNCA supposedly has 8 new coordinators!!!

I attempted to attend Anna’s question & answer call the past 2 Tuesdays but couldn’t find the link (I have acknowledged on several occasions, IAM not the brightest bulb in the box). Tried the new site & the link wasn’t there (it was on the previous site). On the 1^st Tuesday, tried to utilize the contact buttons for Lavelle & for Becky to obtain the link from them but the buttons didn’t work. A working site was replaced by a non-working site….in the middle of a disaster. But at least we know the names of mommy’s coordinators!

I pray someone, with clear vision & the ability to do so, re-installs the old site, which was fabulous & worked because the assembly members who are in crisis, especially, need a workable site with viable communication.

COMMUNICATION: which is a PRIMARY NEED for TNCA but particularly DURING A CRISIS (see above). Communication, of all types, need immediate attention!

Huge prayers of gratitude for Cynthia & Mary V.G. because when Helene hit, they relentlessly searched for assembly members’ contact information &, due to their unrelenting efforts, finally located all of us in WNC that were directly impacted by Helene with the welcome news that we were safe.

For Tony & I, Cynthia had to search thru her address book for many months (years?) back to find the name & email of a mutual friend of ours which she then contacted when we couldn’t make contact due to no electricity/internet/cell service. 

Tony & I did not know there were 32 assembly members in western NC. This is beyond senseless to not know &/or have the ability to contact the members, especially in our areas. TNCA has to stop the fear-based reasoning.

Isn’t there someone in the 9 coordinators (after the new 8 are vetted of course) who could share contact info (state wide or regional) or set up contact people who can start telephone/ email/text trees to share info & to check on members in an emergency? And couldn’t a signal channel be set up just for emergencies?

What is so interesting to me is that the woman who had the most POSITIVE affect on the assembly members in crisis from the very beginning of the disaster thru the past 3 weeks or so was:  Cynthia – 1 of the most vilified members of the assembly & while she can be rude & emotional, Cynthia, utilizing her prodigious intelligence, had a PLAN!! 

AN EFFECTIVE PLAN! 

And when the emergency happened, – while she herself was experiencing the direct effects of the disaster because she lives in a hard hit area - she had her boots on the ground & was working her plan (not waiting on approval, not running to mama for permission) – Cynthia shared her food, information, & supplies with the other assembly members in crisis (& others) & also provided shelter which made a WORLD of difference to those people; & she provided hugs & an ear & heart to hear their stories - vital!!! 

She even drove out in the chaos, (& it remains chaotic) & physically searched for Neva. Cynthia went the extra mile as a true sovereign assembly member would, especially in a crisis. IAM especially grateful for Cynthia, & am sending her huge prayers of thank you for going that very necessary extra mile during a state of emergency that she, herself, was experiencing!

Cynthia also provided a viable place for Big Hearted Joe McDougal (former appointed Militia chairperson back when we had a working assembly – doing his job beautifully) & Richard Udale to bring their donations to this area so those donations could be utilized for those of us in need. Big thanks to both of them & to the members who donated. And again, thank you to Cynthia & Joe for having a feasible plan & working it!!

People can say what they will about Cynthia but in an emergency, I’d rather have someone like her who does something & works their feasible plan than someone who just talks about doing something.

Dear Quantum, TNCA needs PRACTICAL & WORKABLE plans as was so intensely shown just days ago. We had that previously. Again, say what you want about Dominic (read my affidavit - IAM sure it was sent out like all the other emails were) but TNCA was making forward motion towards setting up our pillars because of HIS effective guidance. As an assembly, we cannot work divided.

Do you realize how divided the founding fathers were? Some of them absolutely loathed each other. Thomas Jefferson & John Adams would not speak to each other for quite some time.  George Washington even warned against political infighting in his farewell speech. https://www.history.com/news/founding-fathers-political-parties-opinion

But the founding fathers were able to put aside their differences (they became true sovereigns) for the good of the country, thank heavens. 

Dear Source, Eight TNCA members signed up to be additional coordinators – interesting number to do the job 1 man was doing. But I will be the 1^st to say that Dominic needed assistance. So please show the new coordinators how to follow those prodigious guidelines the members of TNCA already set in place IN THE HANDBOOKS: get vetted by The State of North Carolina & get busy doing the job they said they wanted do.

Please start with communication. Huge lack right now. The lackluster website is not doing the job! [Jeannot, I agreed with you about Google - but every time, I changed to a safer site, it capitulated. So, I now say prayers for safety - because I KNOW THEY WORK). And why donate to a middle-man? Donate directly to the people/entity!  And where are our meetings & notices, timely ones? 

Those of us that were performing the jobs asked of us no longer have any direction & The State of North Carolina is dead in the water, thank you very much. Great job!!! GREAT TIMING!!! Thus far your nonplan with NO COMMUNICATION STINKS!!

Dear Source, as I said at the beginning, I will continue to pray & urge my fellow members to do so too. 

TNCA Members: Please pray for peace & partnership in our assembly. That we put aside victim consciousness & self-righteous anger which are tools of the ego & that we concentrate on working for the good of The Sovereign State of North Carolina.

Please pray for our assembly members who are so very challenged – that they receive support & comfort, especially in their time of need.

Please pray that even though the temperatures are going down into the 30’s & 40’s at night, that we are all warm & safe.

Please pray for me that I let go of these judgements & TRUST in God’s plan.

God, you know I swear the prayers of our family & friends assisted us in experiencing much less damage than we could have sustained. And I thank you for that.

So please, TNCA members, keep those prayers constant – they work!!!

FURTHER ASSISTANCE/INFORMATION SOUGHT

Tony & I are finding our repairs are much more extensive than previously thought. We are looking for information from someone who has experience with repairing cracks in concrete. T & I were both building contractors so we knew construction methods but we have been out of the industry for some time & don’t know the newest methods.  

Our main leaks were around steel beams surrounded by poured concrete – it is an older building but still…  We had what they call “wind borne rain” – which came in places we have never seen before which is why my bedroom ceiling collapsed.

We are researching foam sealants but have no frame of reference with these so if there is a person in the assembly who has experience in this area, would you please contact us? Thank you!        jkfisher.fisher8@gmail.com
