Your weekly money saving deals and news from money expert Andy Webb
My top content this week
BLOG: The best reward current accounts
There are a handful of current accounts which, in return for jumping through a few hoops, will give you a reward each month.
This could be a cash payment to your account, or something like free cinema tickets or magazine subscriptions. But are they worth it?
I've looked at the accounts from Barclays, TSB, Lloyds, Halifax, Co-op Bank and Natwest.
BLOG: Nectar Double Up returns
You can now swap Nectar points for double value to use at Sainsbury's in a couple of week's time - but make sure you read this article before transferring them into vouchers.
Though it's the best (perhaps only) way to boost your earnings, there are restrictions you need to be aware of, including what you can spend them on, getting change and what happens if you don't use them all.
BLOG: Why you need to cancel NOW TV
Though NOW TV can be a huge money saver compared to getting your TV via Sky or Virgin, I think you should all cancel your passes.
That's because doing so could mean you pay less - even if you want to keep the subscription. Here's more on why and how to do it (which can be a little frustrating).
PODCAST: Cash Chats #147 What happens when the payment holidays end?
The payment holidays put in place when lockdown began in March to help people struggling with things like mortgages, car finance and credit cards are ending this weekend.
First up, if you haven't had one, or have only had three months, then you have until Saturday to apply for a three month payment deferral. Only get this if you need one, but if you do it's better to get this help now than wait until November when terms won't be so favourable.
Second, and the main focus of this week's episode, is what you need to consider when your "holiday" is due to end in the coming weeks or months.
To do this I'm joined by Sara Williams from Debt Camel. You can listen via all the normal podcasting routes or over on the blog.

Are you following me on YouTube?
You'll have noticed I've been putting a lot more energy into my YouTube channel and videos over the last six months.
I'm now just 25 people away from hitting 3,000 subscribers, so if you haven't already I'd really appreciate it if you could head over to YouTube to click "subscribe" and the little notification bell that appears next to it.
Please do tell any friends you think would find it useful too. Thanks!

The top deals this week
I only share deals and special offers on the blog which I think are really good value. Click the titles or links for more information.
I've also set up an extra Instagram account dedicated to the deals and offers I spot throughout the week. Do follow me there so you don't miss out on offers that are already finished by the time this email goes out on a Thursday.
1. Beauty deals at Boots, M&S and Space NK
Three deals worth checking out this weekend. First the return of £10 of Advantage points for every £60 you spend at Boots.
The next two are "beauty boxes" with a selection of products in a bundle worth up to £450 in total. You either get them free or for a low price but you have to make other purchases at M&S (£20) or Space NK (£250).
With both you've got to make sure you want the contents (otherwise they're a waste) but they can be really good value if you do.
Here's more on all three offers.
2. £30 off £60 wine / 25% off 6+ bottles
A couple of wine deals for you. First Asda has followed Tesco and Sainsbury's and is running a 25% off promo when you buy at least six bottles. That ends next Wednesday.
Or you can try wine website Vivino with a £30 off £60 spend code that ends tonight. Delivery is on top.
Here's more on both these offers.
3. LAST CHANCE: £5 Amazon credit for click & collect
This offer to claim a £5 off £20 spend voucher if you order to collect from an Amazon Hub ends on Tuesday. Find out if you're eligible.
Plus I've news of Amazon's early Black Friday deals.
4. LAST CHANCE: Free pumpkin after cashback
You can get up to £2 back via TopCashback if you buy a pumpkin and upload your receipt to their app.
5. Disney+ ways to save
With the popular Star Wars series The Mandalorian returning to Disney + tomorrow it's time to make sure you're not overpaying for your subscription.
