Right Here, Right Now

Dear ,

Wherever this letter may find you, I send you my love.

Whatever distance or closeness you feel towards center, I send you my love.

As many of you are signed up for BREATH - A 30 Day Yoga Journey and receiving a letter each day from me this month, I will keep things short today, offering all who read this the following invitation…

Take a breath, relax the tension in your body, and embrace a moment to notice and feel where you are at today.

Take a hand, place it on your heart, feel the warmth of your own hand there,

There,

There.

Welcome the support that comes from a simple gesture of pausing, taking a breath, and inviting in a sense of authentic connection with your self.

For those currently on the 30 Day Breath Journey, I salute you! I hope you are enjoying this series so far, designed to help you explore, understand, and know yourself better through a deep awareness of conscious breath.

I am enjoying witnessing you, connecting with you, and cheerleading you via the hashtag #ywabreath. I am also so honored to learn about your experiences and hear your feedback through the comments on YouTube, FWFG APP, FWFG Kula, and in other nooks and crannies of our shared space on the internet. Thank you.

For those interested in joining, you are most welcome to begin anytime. The program is completely free and made for all of us to experience right here, right now, during this time we are all navigating individually… and as a collective.

Wherever this letter may find you, I send you my love.

Yours,

Adriene

“When your eyes are tired the world is tired also. When your vision has gone no part of the world can find you. Time to go into the dark where the night has eyes to recognize its own. There you can be sure you are not beyond love. The dark will be your womb tonight. The night will give you a horizon further than you can see. You must learn one thing. The world was made to be free in. Give up on all other worlds except the one to which you belong. Sometimes it takes darkness and the sweet confinement of your aloneness to learn anything or anyone that does not bring you alive is too small for you.”
