CROSSROADS

Dear ,

Feliz año nuevo!

I pray you had a peaceful transition into the new year.

If you did not, I hope you know that you are not alone.

2020 was a year of digging deep and with that you are likely going to shift some roots, maybe even cause a stir.

I woke up the morning of January first with the word EVOLVE in my head. Reflecting on how I may take what I learned or what I personally dug up in 2020, and the ways in which I may take that information and insight into the new year to promote real growth.

At times this crossroads can feel inspiring, and other times I feel scared. What if I fail?

That is when I turn inward to my breath. That is when I show up for my practice.

So, you can imagine it true when I say that I am living off the joy I feel reading comments and responses from friends all across the globe who have recently embarked on our 30 Day Yoga Journey for 2021, entitled BREATH.

Today is Day 2 of the journey, where we focus on each breath as a new arrival.

It is not too late to join this free program. It’s free.

Click here to read more and sign up today. I will send you your BREATH calendar and everything you need to know to easily roll out the mat and simply begin.

You can start with Day 1 (recommended) Or just jump in with Day 2 (also acceptable!)

To those who have said yes to the 30 Day Journey already, thank you. Thank you for your trust, your presence, your commitment, camaraderie your bravery, vulnerability, and humor - already.

Happy New Year, dear community.

Let’s welcome the grace of a new day,

Each breath a new arrival.

Love,

Adriene
