You Know Where To Find Me!

Nov 15, 2020 12:01 pm

Dear ,

I am writing you from home after spending the week in what feels like a Texas hill country bubble, calm but not on vacation, working and creating something from the heart, for you.

For us.

Read: full project mode.

Yes, believe it or not, it is that time of year. We are working on a gift for January 2021, for you.

For us.

Something that we can unite with, arrive again together as we enter the new year, and anchor.

I look forward to sharing more with you soon.

In the meantime, our November GROUND calendar continues with a fun practice to help you recharge your batteries and realign with the good stuff so that you can feel good and be of service to others.

Stress Melt Yoga

Tomorrow, the free yoga practices continue on the calendar but FWFG members are also taking on two days of screen time awareness with our Peace Before Screens series.

This two day series consists of a practice and meditation that is to be practiced first in the morning before the news, email, zoom meetings, or social media.

You wake up.

Each day.

You wake up, at whatever time.

With however many hours of rest in you.

When you wake up, take a moment to tune in.

Really tune in.

Reside in the role of the observer.

Get quiet and intentionally create space to listen.

Click here to join the FWFG Yoga App and practice the Peace Before Screens Series with us this Monday and Tuesday.

The whole month is only $10, the cost of a single yoga class, or you can try it for free, do the whole series, and look around at all the NEW goodies that have been posting, such as my November vlog and the first video in the new series for improving sleep, inviting your inner world to REST.

And speaking of rest, I must take a break now and reset myself so that I may stay centered. I must fill my cup, so that I am ready to create and build this week.

If you need to reset, center, rest, or fill your cup and need a companion…

You know where to find me!

With Love,

Adriene

My work is loving the world.

Here the sunflowers, there the hummingbird —

equal seekers of sweetness.

Here the quickening yeast; there the blue plums.

Here the clam deep in the speckled sand.

Are my boots old? Is my coat torn?

Am I no longer young, and still not half-perfect? Let me

keep my mind on what matters,

which is my work,

which is mostly standing still and learning to be

astonished.

The phoebe, the delphinium.

The sheep in the pasture, and the pasture.

Which is mostly rejoicing, since all ingredients are here,

which is gratitude, to be given a mind and a heart

and these body-clothes,

a mouth with which to give shouts of joy

to the moth and the wren, to the sleepy dug-up clam,

telling them all, over and over, how it is

that we live forever.
