You are invited to a new Event

Dear YJP Family,
As YJP continues to grow, so does the heart of our community. The energy, learning, friendship, and Jewish life we create together doesn’t happen by accident, it’s built by people who believe in it and invest in it.
That’s why we’re inviting you to join the Chai Society, YJP’s monthly giving circle. It’s the most meaningful way to support the community you love, and now is the perfect moment to step in.
Why join now? There is a Chai Society Appreciation Event THIS Sunday.
At 5pm on Sunday, December 14 we will gather to celebrate our Chai Society Members with a Menorah Lighting and delicious dinner.
We’ll light the first candle together, enjoy great food, good company, and share a glimpse of what your support has made possible and what is coming up in 2026.
Join the Chai Society to get an invite!
Also, your impact is multiplied.
In just two weeks, we launch our annual end of year matching campaign. The matchers are excited to tell you that every new Chai Society commitment made before then will be fully matched by our matchers. Your monthly support will immediately go three times as far in strengthening Jewish life for young adults in Austin.
What your support makes possible:
- Weekly Torah classes, Shabbat experiences, a plethora of monthly events and accessible Jewish learning
- Welcoming space for connection, friendship, and purpose
- Mental-health, leadership, and wellness programs
- A spiritual home in the heart of Austin for anyone who walks through our doors
And as a thank-you…
Chai Society members receive free First Friday Shabbat dinners all year long our way of saying making your communal particiaption an easier and more enjoyable experience.
Joining is simple. Meaningful. And impactful.
Whether it’s $18, $36, $54, or more, your monthly commitment fuels everything we do.
