The Chai Times // From Rosh to Yom
Sep 11, 2021 2:11 am
Rosh Hashana was beautiful (170+ participants in meals, services, and shofar), and we look forward to celebrating the next holidays with you as well!
This Shabbat, between Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur, is known as Shabbat Teshuvah, the Shabbat of Return.
A thought for this Shabbat: Remember that even as you are thrown from the peak of your mountaintop, and are falling into the gully, this isn't it. The true climb and the mountain that really counts are on your Second Mountain, where the harness is your soul, the ropes are made of trust in G-d, and each step is the peak itself.

Favorite quote:
“Judaism is the original blockchain,” Caras argued. “It’s expressed by handing down the Torah from one generation to the other.”
It's the best Shabbat of the year!
Wishing you a Shabbat Shalom,
