Dear friend,

These past 2 weeks have been very intense. Thank G-d for a Shabbat of peace to recharge and reset.

We pray to G-d:

May the hostages be released,

May the injured be healed,

May the dead souls ascend on high

May we win this war and crush the enemy

May the suffering end with the coming of Moshiach

 To address these intense feelings of sadness, anxiety, and more we are going to do a 4 class series called FEELING RIGHT - Judaism's approach to guilt, shame, sadness, imposter syndrome, and anxiety.
