Can I pray for you?

Where does High Energy Judaism come from?
You might have come to a few Chabad YJP events, or you might have only spoken to me or Mussy once, either way, you probably heard about High Energy Judaism.
Where did we get that from? I need to confess, while I will take credit for the wording, I didn't come up with the idea. And the secret behind the idea is also the secret of Chabad.
The Rebbe, Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson, was a brilliant scholar, a powerful community organizer, and the leader of Chabad, a movement that has become a household name in the Jewish world. He is the originator of High Energy Judaism. See here, here and here for instance.
The Rebbe is why Mussy and I started Chabad YJP and the inspiration behind every Chabad House around the world. I personally met the Rebbe as a child (see here!) and study his teachings as part of my daily Torah study.
This Sunday, June 13th, is the anniversary of the Rebbe’s passing, on the 3rd of Tammuz, 1994. As the Rebbe taught us, the life of a righteous person—a tzaddik—is more spiritual than physical. The Rebbe continues to lead and inspire us through his teachings and guidance, to this very day.
...hence the question: Can I pray for you?
On Sunday I will be traveling to the Rebbe's gravesite, his Ohel, to pray for myself, my family, and the community. I would love to include you in my prayers. Reply to this email with your Hebrew name and mother's Hebrew name and any specific prayer you would like me to pray for (if you don't know the Hebrew ones send the English names).
Shabbat Shalom,
Rabbi Mendy Levertov
