Why go to a happy hour?
You might have heard, Austin THE destination for everyone. It seems like half the country is moving or trying to move here.
This translates into a big amount of young Jewish individuals moving to Austin as well.
This is the purpose of the happy hour: meet people. You might be new to Austin, you might have been here for 7+ years. This is a great opportunity to meet the other group of people. Not to mention all the great people who you already know.
This is a big goal of YJP: to create an environment where you can find a new friend and bond over something silly.
And nothing replaces in-person connection.
