hi ,
Happy New Year, friend. I'm so thankful that as a Christian, we can begin again with him every morning, every hour, every moment. In our house we actually have a drawn "reset" button that any of the kids (or myself) can run to in the midst of the day. We stop, gather together to apologize and pray, to begin again--no matter how great the mess or the fight was. (And yes, it actually works). It's a tangible reminder for all of us that there is never a moment when we can't begin again with him. Truly, his mercies are new every morning and I'm so grateful we don't have to wait til January 1st to begin anew with him. But somehow, I still like the idea of a fresh start in the new year. New Bible plans, new Bible studies, and new things to try as a family.

If this is you, I wanted send you just a quick note to tell you about a fun giveaway that I'm running over on the Instagram and Facebook account. We've teamed up with four other companies, each with four different ways to memorize the word, and we're hoping to send a fun care package to 1 family with hopes to help you make memorization work part of your routine.
You can see more details here: on Instagram or Facebook
That's it! That's all I wanted to write.
And, maybe just leave these fun pictures here. This is our crew. Thanks for joining us this year as we launched Write the Word on my Heart into the world this year. It has been a fun, crazy experience and we're thankful for your support, kind Amazon reviews, private messages and shares on social media, and so much more. And for those of you who have prayed. Thank you.
Will there be more books? (that's what everyone's asking) I hope so. Yet the Lord also continues to draw my heart to his church, my husband, and my children. If you do pray for us or this ministry, pray that the Lord would lead us, and keep us near to him. To not go ahead of him. To trust him to do the work, and rest. There is always more that can be done, and so many ideas... but truly, we need his wisdom and his timing. From the beginning I have always said, it has been by his strength alone-- and it really has. May it always be true of us and this work with Write the Word on my Heart.
May God be glorified in our lives in this new year.
With appreciation,
Katherine
