It's Thanksgiving Eve in the United States, so I am going to keep this issue short and spend time with the few family members that were kind enough to get a COVID-19 test this past week.
This week I quickly cover a few quick hacks to get the most out of Holiday gatherings, should you choose to have them, then I remind you how great crypto has been doing to try to convince you to finally start building a crypto portfolio!

🧠 Wisdom Tip of The Week: Things to talk about at Thanksgiving Dinner
I don't need to tell you that it's probably a good idea to avoid politics this Thanksgiving. It's become an American cliche to try to get the family to avoid politics over the holidays.
Jokes aside, here are some interesting questions you can ask at the dinner table that should bring up some solid conversations:
- What was your favorite purchase of $100 or less in 2020?
- If your pet could magically speak to you for a day, what would you like to ask them?
- What food is not common at Thanksgiving dinner but totally should be?
- If you could take a one-way trip to Mars, would you go?
- What celebrity do you think would fit in best with our family and why?
- What profession do you think you would have the most fun doing (even if you have no skill or ability in it)?
- If you could invent something to solve a single problem or annoyance in your life, what problem would you solve?
🥑 Health Tip of The Week: Prime your body to handle all that food
There are a few short exercises you can do to prime your body to send the calories you get from your food to your muscles instead of fat cells.
I've called this trick out before, but it is a powerful one that helps you cheat a bit when it comes to avoiding putting on weight over the holidays.
All you need to do is 20 or so wall pushups. This is when you lean forward against any wall and do 20 pushups. It's relatively easy and most people can do this.
Then do air squats until your thighs start to burn. For many people this is somewhere between 15-30 air squats.
If you do these two exercises before your Thanksgiving dinner, you will suffer much less than everyone at the table who did not do these exercises.
Plus, it's hilarious to imagine some of you doing this in front of your confused family tomorrow.
💲 Wealth Tip of The Week: Bitcoin breaks $19,000
This is a repeat from last week because this stuff is important. Crypto is the future of money, and the future of how we transact online.
Bitcoin hit $19,000 this week right as Ethereum hit $600. I've been advocating for investing in these two cryptocurrencies all year. In March Bitcoin was at $5,200, and Ethereum was at $115. Investments in either of these would have shows a lot of return.
Learn about cryptocurrency. Learn about Bitcoin and Ethereum. Then start to invest an amount you are comfortable with each month into both of these coins.
Where can you buy crypto?
The easiest place is Coinbase, but now you can buy crypto on PayPal I think, although I strongly recommend you use Coinbase or Gemini.
