When I found coaching & mentorship — my life was never the same!!

My biggest write off in business is coaching. 

I am obsessed with the path of becoming & 90% of the business coaches I have aligned with & worked with coach the whole person. 

It’s not just funnels and strategy …

It’s the space of expanding the person I am being. 

It’s one of the greatest things & holds so much value to me. I desire to be the student of life forever while mastering as much as possible. 

One of the things that has been coming up a lot lately is emotional intelligence. The generations before us not only feared communication around feelings & emotions, the fear created a block to understanding it & developing the skills. 

Because that’s truly what it is — a skill. 

I have spent years removing shame from what I am feeling so that I could move through the big emotions more quickly, with greater ease, and allow myself to take from the moment rather than it take from me. 

Last night I had a pivotal moment where I saw the last decade of work come up in a moment. 

It looked likee “I am so activated within my body I could run laps around this shop!” Because I had my full mastermind offer download & wrote the whole thing out! I was charged and unbelievably activated. ⚡️ so much excitement!! Honestly, I felt like lightning in a bottle! 

And in that moment when my husband came up and kissed my neck, I pulled away and said “I am so activated right now.. I think was I need is something grounding. Something REGULATING to my nervous system not stimulating. Can we snuggle and just hold each other?” 

And you guys.. it brought everything and programmed it as safe in my nervous system. 

My husband is my rock. 

He is my earth. 

He helps me regulate. 

I expand, run, create, get obsesssssive, and get a lil manic in these moments of pureeee excitement and alignment. I used to make myself wrong for this. But I realize that in which people try to dim, shame, or make wrong — IS your superpower. This IS my magic. 

Shawn never makes me wrong for it.. he may ask what drugs I’m on and giggle at me — but he issss my light house in the storm of the creative vortex. 

He helps me ground the idea into the physical. 

He is the conduit that helps me find safety in my bigness. 

THANK GOD for men who can hold space for powerful women. 

It healed a wound within me, helps me clearly communicate my actual needs, without zero fear of triggering someone (another story for another day lololol. Lots of growth there too) but knowing IT IS SAFE TO BE ALL OF ME. & for that I am beyond grateful for him 

Which is really the foundation of this mastermind.
