HI !
I wanted to share something with you that has shifted everything for me when it comes to creating the life that I desire.
When we allow ourselves to function and choose based off emotion rather than who we are and who we want to be — we create a life that is completely misaligned. & it continues to create this loop of being unfulfilled by your life.
I empathize with feeling burnt out, burned, and like what you do doesn’t matter when amidst a restructuring of your life (feels like a crumbling). It’s easy to move in a way where you are disassociating & disconnected from your power.
What’s not easy and requires grit is closing your eyes, reconnecting to your core values & how you WANT to move from who you ARE over how you WANT to move based on how you FEEL.
feelings are designed to show us what’s present within our reality, when things are misaligned, and generally just a part of the human experience.
If you desire to shift from good to great — begin taking action based on who you want to be over how you feel.
Also, don’t hear what I am not saying. Emotions are important and definitely need to be acknowledged, felt, and taken into consideration. However they are not the factors in which we MOVE by.
For example. I choose mentors that activate me & my power, and stimulate JOY. Joy is an emotion but it’s also a pillar of important for me… the foundation of my life stands on joy. So I am creating with that emotion.
If I feel burned or like it doesn’t matter what I do because people just treat me like shit, and I begin creating and choosing from that emotional space I might begin choosing to be careless, not be as present as a means of protection, one foot in one foot out, instead of choosing with ALL OF ME… heart forward.. and open!
Which being open is a core value in which my foundation is built on.
Does that make sense?
YOU are the creator of your life and it comes down to doing that from YOU not your circumstances.
Often times we are tested to see whether we will choose based on who we are or based on our circumstances.
One brings more growth.
The other creates a never ending cycle of disappointment!
I hope this serves you, deeply!
Much love,
Whit
