• Sun 26 Oct - The Cool Mile Liverpool

2026 DATES

Plans are underway. The only confirmed date (entries open) is for the challenging trail half marathon in Aberdyfi:

• Sat 04 Apr - Aberdyfi Half Marathon, a UTMB Index Race

ELIMINATOR SWIMRUN

It's been a lot of fun hosting these ground-breaking events in Liverpool and Aberdyfi in 2025, and the feedback on the format has been fabulous. Provisional dates for 2026 are:

• Sat 16 May: Eliminator, Liverpool
• Sat 04 Jul: Eliminator, Aberdyfi

If you are entered into either Cool Mile then keep swimming outside for the next 4 weeks in preparation. You need to be prepared for 10/11 degrees Celsius.

THE HIGH ATLAS MOUNTAINS, MOROCCO

If you are interested in our four 4000m peaks expedition over a long weekend, including Mount Toubkal, then let us know. Provisional date is Thu 26 Feb to Sun 01 Mar.
