The LOCKDOWN TEN will be the first race in the world that applies Talbot's Rule and Age Grading, you are making history!

Please submit your:

• time in minutes only (round the seconds up or down)
• your age in years
• your height gain in metres

You can also upload your Strava print screen and your best photo (optional)

Prizes for:

+ First male

+ First female

+ Most height gain male

+ Most height gain female

+ Best "Strava Art"

+ Best photo of you lying down or similar

+ Best fancy dress

​Ideally everyone would start on the virtual start line at 9am on Saturday but to enable as much participation as possible it can be completed anytime as long as your result is submitted by 10am on Sunday 17th May.
