For a bit of fun & motivation we've got the LOCKDOWN II Race Series fast approaching:

• Tier 1 - 10K, 07 Nov
• Tier 2 - 10 Miles, 14 Nov
• Tier 3 - Half Marathon, 21 Nov
• The Circuit Breaker - Marathon, 05 Dec

There's prizes, and results will be published the Monday after each race, £1 to enter. Optional organic T-Shirt designed by Mike :-)
