So it's shaping up to be a fabulous 2024, here's what's coming up from WeSwimrun:

Sun 24 March

Mike will be at the Expo tomorrow (Sunday) with several fellow UK race organisers under the banner SWIMRUN UK, stand E13.

There'll be several competitions where you can win gear and race entries. Come and say hello!

Sat 30 March

Dyfi X Half Marathon & Marathon is a challenging trail, fully marked route. With 800m+ of height gain on the half, and 1600m+ of height gain on the marathon it's a great test for your hill legs.

Sat 06 April

The 8th Edition of The Cool Mile, it's a 1 mile swim in water temperature around 10 degrees Celsius in the hamlet of Tal Y Llyn, at the foot of Cadair Idris. Wetsuit or skins swimmers welcome.

With a total of 10km running and 2km swimming, Tal Y Llyn Swimrun is a great race to start your swimrun journey on.

Race as a team or solo. For the last two years racing without a wetsuit was an option. We'll see how conditions are on the day.

The longest estuary swim race in the UK, The Dyfi 13km, and the longest aquathlon in the world, The Dyfi Aquathlon 26km both take place on this BIG Sunday.

Swim Liverpool

Our open water swim venue at Princes Dock, Liverpool will be in full swing from mid-April with increasing amounts of swim sessions available as the water warms!

BREAKING NEWS - British Swimrun

Several UK Swimrun advocates and organisers have come together to form British Swimrun, a place for UK Rankings, UK Swimrun Event listings, and UK Swimrun Clubs.

We hope it well help to grow the spot of swimrun across the British Isles.
