🎾[new] advanced beginner tennis drills you should try

Sep 03, 2025 1:01 pm

Hi ,

How many times has this happened to you…

You hit your groundstrokes and volleys with confidence and consistency in practice, and then, when you play an actual match, those same shots miss the court, or even worse, land in the net.

That’s why I recommend you practice not only the technique and footwork, but also how to execute your strokes under pressure.

Today, I want to share with you 3 of my favorite tennis drills I do with students so they (and you) can test the consistency and accuracy under pressure:

[New Video] Advanced Beginner Tennis Drills - Consistency & Placement Under Pressure >>

I recommend you practice these pressure drills at least twice a week, or include them as part of your regular training along with other technical and movement aspects.

These drills can be done with someone feeding balls to you (coach, practice partner) or a ball machine.

In our case, we practice with PongBot Pace S Pro, which is the most advanced ball machine I’ve ever used.

And, because this email and the above video are sponsored by PongBot, I would like to inform you that they are running up to 30% off discount on their amazing tennis robots.

If you want to find out more information, check the link below.

And if you are willing to support us so we can continue creating tennis content you will love, feel free to use the 5% off code CTT5 if you decide to purchase anything from their platform:

I’ve been testing and playing with their tennis machines for the past 5 months, so I can answer most of the questions you might have. Feel free to reply to this message to get in touch.
