Hi ,

In this new video, I want to share my honest opinion when it comes to one-handed vs. two-handed backhand

I’ve played tennis for more than 30 years and switched back and forth between the two.

If you are wondering why tennis coaches teach a two-handed backhand most of the time, or why some players choose the one-handed… I will try to give you the pros and cons in the following free video:

As of now, I hit a one-handed backhand and do not plan to get back to the two-handed. First, because I coach tennis and need to have the non-dominant hand free, and second… well, you’ll have to watch the video to find out. :)

Early this week:

I uploaded a new video showing 3 tennis doubles drills to improve your court transition (groundstrokes, approach, volley, overhead) and even practice retrieving lobs.
