🎾 how many strokes can you practice?

Hi ,

This week, I got an idea while training to get back in shape for the outdoor season…

I wanted to see how many tennis strokes I could practice, without a partner, using only a ball machine.

This can apply if you are a tennis coach, feeding balls to your students, as well.

So I took my Pongbot robot on the court, and I set it up to feed balls side to side while I practiced shots at the baseline, mid-court, and at the net.

By the way, to get a good workout (which you can copy), I hit all those balls first cross-court, then I did another round directing them down the line.

How many tennis strokes do you think a player can train by themselves?

Take a guess first, then watch the video below to find out how many I got.

Did I skip any shots? Would you try it too?

Let me know in the comments under the video.

P.S. The drills presented in the above-mentioned video were made possible using a Pongbot ball machine. Their Pace S Pro model is now 45% off, and if you use my code WT24, you’ll save an extra 5%.
