🎾 7 steps to fix the waiter’s serve & news

Hi ,

For years, I used to "brag" that I had never suffered from tennis elbow. I always warmed up properly and believed my technique was solid, despite certain wrist limitations.

However, this past summer, I overdid my daily workouts and got a little too enthusiastic with my pull-ups.

As a result, I developed golfer’s elbow, and it has stuck with me for over 8 months. Now, I’m worried I won’t be able to enjoy tennis once spring arrives.

If you don’t want your tennis technique to limit your enjoyment of the sport, it’s important to pay attention to every detail.

One such detail is the so-called waiter’s serve - serving with a forehand grip or opening the racket face too early as you swing up to the ball.
