It is the middle of the week and, if your tennis court is not covered in snow, I would like to suggest you try the following two drills:


Two-Minute: Skill Building Tennis Drill

This is one of my favorite practice drills. It improves the feel for the ball by varying the groundstroke spin and is also a good cardio drill. I do it for two minutes, but you can challenge yourself to do more than that.


Make It Happen!

I mostly use it when coaching beginners and intermediate levels, this latter drill challenges players to be consistent under pressure.
