Training Dates

- ▶No class on November 11 (Veterans Day)
- ▶ 4-hour class sessions, Monday–Friday
- ▶Morning Option: 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. ET
- ▶Evening Option: 6:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m. ET
- ▶ Includes daily paid self-study

● Service ExpectationsYou'll handle customer inquiries including:
- ▶ "Where is my order?" status calls
- ▶ Product questions and recommendations
- ▶ New and existing orders, returns, replacements
- ▶ Gift card and loyalty program support
- ▶ First call resolution with professionalism
- ▶4 hours required on Saturdays and/or Sundays

- ▶ Pass all module assessments with 80%+
- ▶ Pass evaluation assessments with 85%+
- ▶ Maintain 90%+ commitment adherence
- ▶ Achieve 80%+ average on quality reviews
