Carnival Cruise Line Customer Service is now available for agents who are ready to partner on a travel-focused service program. This program includes assisting guests and Travel Agent partners with general service inquiries, booking support, cruise details, itinerary questions, and account updates.

Class Start Date: December 2, 2025

Class Schedule Options:

• 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. ET

• 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. ET

Phase II Certification Call-Taking will run January 2 – January 8, 2026.

Service Revenue:

• Certification Phase: $7.64 per hour

• Production Phase: $13.00 per hour

Revenue is paid per interval. Additional incentives are available based on weekly servicing.

Minimum Service Requirements:

• 10 hours weekly during certification

• 13 hours weekly after certification

• Weekend servicing required: minimum 5 hours on Saturday, Sunday, or a combination of both

Equipment Requirements:

• Wired internet connection

• Desktop or laptop that meets platform standards

• Dual monitors (or a single 32”+ monitor)

• Wired USB headset with noise-cancelling microphone

• Smartphone required for authentication login

Important Notes:

• This opportunity requires a background check and ID verification.

• A $50 Class Confirmation Deposit is required and is non-refundable.

• Consistent attendance during instructor-led sessions is strongly encouraged to avoid being removed from class.

• Agents currently servicing Carnival, Princess, or Holland programs are not eligible.

Reasons You May Not Qualify for This Opportunity

You may not be eligible if any of the following apply:

• You are currently servicing Carnival, Princess, or Holland through any vendor or through the Arise Platform

• You are currently servicing 3 or more programs

• You have dropped or failed any certification class within the past 60 days

• You have 3 drops or fails within a 12-month period

• You are working directly for or contracted with any travel agency or another cruise line while servicing this program

• You previously serviced a program that was terminated for cause

• The class schedule conflicts with another class you are enrolled in
