Program: Agero Roadside Assistance
Service Type: Inbound Customer Support & Service Coordination
Servicing Model: 1099 Independent Contractor Partnership (not employment)
Agents will support customers who are in need of roadside assistance services. This may include calls regarding vehicle breakdowns, flat tires, keys locked inside vehicles, fuel delivery needs, and arranging towing services. Agents may also place outbound calls to service providers to coordinate and confirm assistance. This is a high-attention, detailed support role requiring strong navigation, customer care, and call documentation skills.
Class Start Date
November 20, 2025
This certification program consists of four instructional and live call-taking phases and runs through December 23, 2025.
There is no class on November 27, November 28, or December 1.
Class Times Available
Choose one class schedule for the entire certification:
- 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday
- 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday
Certification includes daily instructor-led learning plus scheduled self-study coursework.
100% attendance is highly encouraged for success.
Servicing Requirements
- 24/7 servicing availability once certified
- Must service during required peak times on Mondays and Fridays
- Must service a minimum of 13 hours per week during Certification
Service Revenue
Certification Service Revenue:
$7.64 per hour ($3.82 per interval)
Production Service Revenue:
$12.00 per hour ($6.00 per interval)
Incentive Opportunities:
- Additional revenue when servicing at least 12 hours per week during Certification
- Additional $100 incentive upon completion of Certification and acceptance of Production SOW
Technology Requirements
This client requires:
- A Windows 11 computer (updated and fully patched)
- Hardwired high-speed internet
- USB wired call center-quality headset
- Quiet, professional work environment
System checks and verification are required before attending class.
Background Check & Verification
A background check and Photo ID Verification are required during enrollment.
If you currently have a credit freeze, you will need to temporarily lift the freeze with Experian to proceed.
Key Skills for Success in This Program
- Ability to remain calm and supportive in urgent situations
- Strong verbal communication and problem-solving
- Proficiency in Google Maps or similar navigation tools
- Ability to follow structured workflows and documentation standards
- High attention to detail and accuracy
Important Notes
- If you do not attend class on the first day, you will be automatically dropped.
- The client requires active participation during all certification phases.
- The class confirmation deposit for this program is $50.00 (non-refundable).
- Individuals located in Hawaii or New Hampshire do not qualify for this opportunity.
