We have a new opportunity for the Agero Accident Assistance – AM Swoop client program. This program involves supporting customers who have been involved in vehicle accidents and coordinating professional accident response services.

Client Opportunity Overview

AltaConnect is offering a partnership opportunity to provide customer support for Agero Accident Assistance, supporting individuals experiencing vehicle accidents or incidents requiring towing, dispatch, and roadside coordination. Agents on this program assist customers during high-stress situations and help coordinate the appropriate service response.

This opportunity is best suited for agents who are calm under pressure, solution-focused, and confident in managing detailed information in real time.

How To Enroll In A Client Program


Schedule & Availability

  • Intervals available 24/7/365
  • High-demand servicing windows:
  • 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. ET
  • 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. ET
  • Class attendance is required.
  • Must service a minimum of 10 hours (20 intervals) per week during Certification.

Special Requirement:

Agents must service at least 5 hours on Mondays and/or Fridays each week (can be split between both days).


Certification & Training

Phase I: Instructor-Led & Self-Study

Phase II: Certification Call-Taking

Certification includes:

  • Daily attendance strongly recommended
  • Completion of self-study modules
  • Passing assessments and simulations (85%+ required)
  • Live call certification performance (QA score 85%+)

A $50 Class Confirmation Deposit is required to enroll.

Class Confirmation Deposit Policy


Service Revenue

  • Certification Revenue: $7.64 per hour ($3.82 per interval)
  • Production Revenue: $12.00 per hour ($6.00 per interval), before platform usage fee

Performance Incentives Available:

  • Additional revenue is available when minimum weekly servicing hours are consistently met during Certification and Production periods.




Core Responsibilities

Agents will:

  • Assist customers who have been involved in vehicle accidents or require specialty towing
  • Coordinate service dispatch through Agero’s systems
  • Communicate with service providers and follow service events through completion
  • Make outbound calls and handle inbound follow-up calls regarding ongoing service requests
  • Gather accurate location details and service needs using mapping tools

  • Active listening and clear communication skills
  • Confidence in navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to document accurately
  • Ability to follow structured workflows and client requirements
  • Familiarity with Google Maps or other mapping tools

  • Windows 11 PC with current updates
  • USB hard-wired headset (phone-quality audio)
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Quiet, professional workspace free from noise and interruptions

System and Equipment Policy


Background Check & Identity Verification

A background check and Photo ID verification are required.

If you have a credit freeze in place, it must be temporarily lifted with Experian prior to completing the check.


Eligibility Requirements – Important

You are not eligible to participate in the Agero Accident Assistance (AM Swoop) program if any of the following apply:

  • You are currently servicing Agero through another vendor, through another Arise IBO, or on any other Emergency Roadside Service program.
  • You have previously serviced a program where the Statement of Work (SOW) was terminated for cause, including a breach of client policy.
  • You are already marked as Interested or Enrolled in any other client opportunity on the platform.
  • You have dropped or failed any certification class within the last 60 days.
  • You have 3 drops or fails from certification classes within the last 12 months.
  • You are located in Hawaii or New Hampshire (this program is not available in these states).
  • Your contact information on the Arise platform is not current for both:

the Service Partner (AltaConnect), and the agent profile. If Arise is unable to reach you or verify your account, you will be removed from this opportunity without notice.
