📚 Barnes & Noble Specialty Services – Inbound Customer Service
- Certification: Oct. 27 – Dec. 5, 2025
- Class Times: 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. ET or 6:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m. ET
- Service Hours: 7 days/week, 9:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. ET
- Revenue:
- Certification: $7.64/hr
- Production: $11.50/hr
- Incentives: Weekly bonuses available ($100 bonus + $1.81/hr increase for meeting targets)
- Focus: Assisting customers with memberships, orders, and retail store/corporate support
- Requirements: Background check, photo ID verification, Windows 11, USB hardwired headset
🏈 Dick’s Sporting Goods – Holiday Limited Engagement
- Certification: Nov. 3 – Nov. 24, 2025
- Class Times: 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. ET or 6:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m. ET
- Service Hours: 7 days/week, 8:00 a.m.–12:00 a.m. ET
- Production Period: Nov. 25, 2025 – Jan. 3, 2026 (holiday season)
- Revenue:
- Certification: $7.64/hr
- Production: $11.00/hr
- Incentives: Earn $15/hr when you service 30+ hours per invoice period with 90% adherence
- Focus: Orders, returns, product questions, shipping, loyalty cards, and holiday sales support
- Special Note: Requires dual monitors and weekend servicing (minimum 4 hrs Sat/Sun)
