AltaConnect is pleased to share a new inbound customer service servicing opportunity with First Citizens Bank & Trust. This program is available through the Arise platform and offers paid certification, production servicing, and performance-based incentives.

Program Overview

Service Revenue

Certification SOW

• $7.64 per hour ($3.82 per interval)
• Paid certification – begin earning revenue on Day 1

Production SOW

• $14.00 per hour ($7.00 per interval)

Rates shown are before deduction of the Arise Platform Usage Fee. Hourly rates assume two 30-minute intervals.

Incentive

• Certification Incentive:
• Earn an additional $1.81 per hour ($0.905 per interval) when you service a minimum of 12 hours (24 intervals) per week during the Certification SOW, after completion of Phase II.

Certification Schedule

Phase I – Instructor-Led and Self-Study

• March 2, 2026 – March 25, 2026

Phase II – Instructor-Led and Self-Study

• March 26, 2026 – April 9, 2026

Additional Requirements

• Agents must meet all technical, background, and compliance requirements for a financial services program.
• Enrollment is subject to availability and client approval.
