AltaConnect is sharing the following servicing opportunity available on the Arise® Platform: Fiserv Debit Card Services – MAX Program. Please review all details carefully. This program includes strict eligibility, technology, compliance requirements, a mandatory certification deposit, and structured service incentives.
Program Overview
Fiserv is a global fintech and payments company supporting banking, merchant acquiring, billing, payments, and point-of-sale solutions. Agents servicing this program act as the first point of contact for debit card and banking-related inquiries.
This is a MAX Program, which includes required minimum servicing commitments during Production to qualify for enhanced service revenue.
Certification Timeline
Phase 1 – Instructor-Led & Self-Study
March 17, 2026 – April 20, 2026
Phase 2 – Live Certification Call-Taking
April 21, 2026 – May 15, 2026
Class Schedule Options (Monday–Friday | 6 hours per day)
• 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. ET
• 4:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. ET
No class on Friday, April 3, 2026.
Class Confirmation Deposit Policy (IMPORTANT)
Client programs on the Arise® Platform are in high demand and certification class seats are limited. To confirm commitment and ensure fair access:
- A $50.00 Class Confirmation Deposit is required
- Once fully enrolled, you have 48 hours to pay the deposit or you will be dropped from the class
- The deposit confirms your seat and is refundable only if:
- You attend the entire first day of class, or
- The class is cancelled by the client or Arise
The deposit will NOT be refunded if:
- You do not attend the entire first day of class
- You fail to show up on Day 1
- You un-enroll or withdraw before the class begins
- You are dropped due to non-compliance with enrollment requirements (background check, drug screening, ID verification)
By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept that the $50 deposit is final unless one of the refund conditions above applies.
Attendance Requirements
- Agents must attend class every scheduled day
- Agents must be on webcam for all class activities, including meet-and-greet, role plays, and knowledge checks
- Failure to notify the instructor of an absence may result in removal from class
Certification & Production Service Revenue
Certification SOW
- $7.64 per hour ($3.82 per interval)
- Incentive: Additional $1.81 per hour after Phase II when servicing 12+ hours per week
Certification Incentive (Post-Phase II)
- Agents servicing a minimum of 13 hours per week after Phase II may earn a $100.00 incentive per agent
- Incentive is paid only if your business is offered and accepts the first Production SOW
Production SOW
- $17.40 per hour ($8.70 per interval)
- MAX Incentive: Service 50 hours (100 intervals) per invoice period to earn an additional $2.90 per hour ($1.45 per interval)
- Agents servicing fewer than 50 hours:
- Receive $14.50 per hour ($7.25 per interval)
- Do not qualify for MAX incentives
- Become ineligible for future MAX programs
Invoice Periods
- 1st–15th of the month
- 16th–30th/31st of the month
All MAX eligibility and incentive calculations are based on service hours completed within each invoice period.
Servicing Requirements
- Intervals available 24/7, 365 days per year
- Most availability: Midnight – 5:00 a.m. ET
- Required: 5 hours on Mondays and/or Fridays
System & Technology Requirements
- Windows 11 (fully patched)
- 8 GB RAM or greater
- Dual monitors (required)
- Webcam required
- Hard-wired Ethernet connection (no Wi-Fi)
- Intel Core i5 (6th generation or higher), 2.4 GHz+, 4 cores
- Apple or Android mobile phone for authentication
- YubiKey (provided by the Client at no cost for this class)
Compliance Requirements
- Background check
- Drug screening
- Photo ID verification
All requirements must be completed at least 14 days before class start. Failure to complete any requirement will result in loss of class placement and forfeiture of the deposit.
Eligibility Restrictions
You are not eligible if you:
- Serviced another banking client within the last 6 months
- Were terminated for cause on any SOW
- Are enrolled or interested in another opportunity
- Have overlapping certification classes
- Have failed or dropped a certification within the last 60 days
- Have 3 certification drops/fails in a 12-month period
- Are located in: DE, HI, IN, MI, NV, or NM
Final Notes
- Agents must maintain a professional work environment
- Log-in credentials are confidential and user-specific
- Certification service revenue is not eligible for DailyPay
