A new opportunity is now available on the Arise Platform for First Citizens Bank & Trust, a long-established national financial institution founded in 1898. This program supports general inbound customer service and requires strong professionalism, accuracy, and compliance within a secure banking environment.

Please note that not all agents will see the same opportunities. Availability is determined by your assessment scores, profile selections, and interests chosen during your initial registration on the Arise Platform.



About the Program

This program focuses on helping customers with general account-related questions and providing consistent, high-quality service while following strict banking and compliance guidelines.



Service Revenue

Agents servicing this program typically earn:

  • Between 14.00 and 14.12 per hour
  • (Based on two 30-minute intervals; before platform usage fee deductions.)
  • Additional revenue is available through the client’s STAR Incentive structure.

Revenue may vary depending on intervals serviced and program performance requirements.



Certification Details

  • Duration: 8–10 weeks
  • Format: Virtual, instructor-led training
  • Certification service revenue is provided for attended sessions
  • Paid in the same invoice cycle in which it is earned
  • Not eligible for DailyPay
  • Certification Statement of Work begins on Day 1 of class and continues through completion
  • Transition into a Production SOW occurs after successful certification

Service Hours

  • Monday–Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. ET
  • Saturday–Sunday: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. ET
  • Holidays: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. ET

Holiday servicing may be required. Hours are subject to change based on client needs.

Agents should be prepared to:

  • Deliver accurate inbound customer support in a secure banking environment
  • Follow compliance, scripting, and call-handling requirements
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
  • Meet all attendance, interval, and performance expectations
  • Service during holidays where applicable
