Support Disney guests and cast members with reservations for lodging, dining plans, tickets, vacation packages, and more while providing world-class service.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Certification Start Date: September 2, 2025
• Class Schedule: Mon–Fri | 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. ET OR 6:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m. ET
• Servicing Times: 7:00 a.m.–11:00 p.m. ET, 365 days a year
• Revenue:
• Certification: $7.64/hr ($3.82 per interval)
• Production: $12.00/hr ($6.00 per interval)
• Special Requirement: 5 hours (10 intervals) must be serviced on Sat and/or Sun.
• Incentives Available: Earn extra revenue when minimum service hours are met.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist guests with resort, dining, and vacation reservations
• Deliver empathetic, high-quality customer experiences
• Match guest needs with the best Disney offerings

Requirements:

• Must maintain Windows 11 (fully updated)
• Hardwired USB VoIP headset (no wireless)
• Dual monitors recommended
• Background check & photo ID verification required

⚠️ Important: 100% attendance on the first day of class is required. Missing Day 1 will result in being dropped from the class.
